Telephony and voice

A complete path for an inbound receptionist. It has not taken a real call.

  • Inbound receptionist on TwilioIn progress

    A signed webhook and a media stream with a one-time token. Built and tested against a simulated Twilio. There is no number and no Twilio account behind it yet, so no real call has been made. It is off by default.

  • The conversation

    Speech to text for each utterance, where 700 milliseconds of silence closes it, then the agent, then speech back. The caller can interrupt. A greeting with a recording notice cannot be interrupted.

  • The receptionist agent

    Reads only the public layer of memory. It returns a reply, or a transfer, voicemail or hang-up, and a lead card for the account manager.

  • Recording consent

    Explicit by default, so nothing is kept if the caller refuses, or an announcement mode. The legal choice stays with the owner of the number.

  • Transfer, voicemail and limits

    Transfer to a person, a voicemail, and a limit of 600 seconds and one dollar for each call. Checked in tests only.

  • Voices

    Local voices for Russian, Serbian and English, and a cloud provider. The voice is chosen for each agent.

  • Voice messagesIn progress

    The speech-to-text service was checked on a running stack with Russian and Serbian. Connecting it to a chat assistant is in progress.

  • Microphone on a Mac

    A helper for push-to-talk or continuous listening. A real microphone has not been tried.

Social networks and marketing

Connectors, a publishing calendar and a video chain. Nothing has been published to a real account yet.

    Instagram, Facebook, Threads, YouTube, X, TikTok and LinkedIn, each through the API and through a browser. Tested with intercepted fixtures; no live account has been tried.

    You paste a token. There is no automatic sign-in and no token refresh yet.

    Saved-login profiles whose session is kept encrypted, one for each account. Every click is approved. A captcha or a second factor needs you.

  • Limits set by the platforms

    Instagram needs a business or creator account and a Facebook page. TikTok direct posting needs an audit. YouTube uploads from an unaudited app stay private. X access is paid. LinkedIn separates members from organisations.

  • The publishing calendarChecked on a running stack

    Approve once, wait until the time, skip duplicates, cancel or replace. Quiet hours from 22:00 to 08:00, one post per network a day, three a week, and four hours between posts. A delayed run fired exactly on time in a dry run.

  • The video chainChecked on a running stack

    Script, voice, then a video in 16:9 or 9:16 with motion over key frames, up to five language tracks, and subtitles in SRT and VTT. A five-second 1920 by 1080 clip rendered in 23 seconds; a 17-second Russian clip with voice took 55 seconds in all. Subtitles are timed by text length, not by the speech.

    Read-only pulls through connectors. There is no scheduled statistics job and no dashboard of post metrics.

The parts of a personal assistant

The product does not ship a finished chat assistant. It ships the parts one is built from.

  • Chat with memory

    A chat agent through the Telegram connector that recalls and saves facts.

  • RemindersChecked on a running stack

    An answer goes through a gate and a durable delay, then a message is sent without calling a model. The same mechanism ran on time in the calendar dry run.

  • Questions to youChecked on a running stack

    An agent pauses, the question appears in the interface and in Telegram, and your answer resumes the run.

  • Photos and documents

    Looks at images and PDF pages, reads and writes Word and Excel files, and turns a receipt photo into a ledger entry.

  • Your laptop

    Files and a camera snapshot through a host agent, with your approval for each request. macOS desktop control through a bridge. Both are macOS only.

Mail

Base templates for the morning, checked only in part.

Accounting

A ledger in which the model never does arithmetic.

    In PostgreSQL, with sums computed by SQL. Receipts come in by fiscal QR code, with duplicate detection. Bank statements can be imported, with categories, obligations and exports.

  • Kept internal

    The data is tagged internal, and the tools are for the owner audience only.

  • Country presets

    The fiscal and exchange-rate presets are for Serbia.

Knowledge base

What may be said, and to whom.

  • Entries with an audience

    Each entry carries a tag: internal, client or public. An outward-facing agent reads only what its audience allows.

  • Memory

    Private to each project, with a read-only shared layer, consolidation and coverage views.

  • No CRM module

    The account manager keeps one card for each enquiry, and presets connect Bitrix24, HubSpot and Salesforce. A separate CRM is not part of the product.
